Excmo.. MinisterH.E. Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima

Appointed as Minister of Mines, Industry and Energy in July 2012. Mr. Mbaga Obiang Lima , Bachelor of International Trade by “Alma College” Business School, Michigan – United States; He has a Diploma of the Secondary Education Kingwoods Cranbrook School, also located in Michigan. During the years 1997 to 2000 he was the Presidential Counsellor on hydrocarbons; the Vice-president of the oil operations tracking committee ; Monitoring Board Member of the national oil company “GEPETROL”, “SONAGAS” and also Monitoring Board Member of the National Electric Company “SEGESA” .

From 1998 to 2000 he was the State Representative of Equatorial Guinea in their share of interest in contracts involving production .

During 1999-2003 he was the Secretary of State for Mines and Hydrocarbons in the Ministry of Mines , I and E. From 2003 to 2008 he was Vice- Minister in MIE. During the years 2008 to 2012 he was Delegate Minister of MIE .

Since 2012 to the present, he holds the position of Minister of Mines ,Industry and Energy .

Fidel Marcos Mañe Ncogo Eyang

Appointed as Deputy Minister of Energy , Ministry of Mines , Industry and Energy in June 2012.Mr. Ncogo Eyan has been formed and perfected , professionally , in the field of supply of electricity and hot water in  Federal Republic of Germany.

 During the years 1981 to 1982 he was Director of Enterprise ” Guima and Maret ” (GUI.MA.SA ) . From 1986 to 1989 he was  Administrative Director of ENERGE.

In 1993 he was elected as Representative of the people in the Chamber  for the third ( III ) parliamentary term. In  March 1995  he was appointed as Member of the Central Committee of the PDGE during the celebration of the second National Congress Ordinary  in Bata, a position he is holding until today .

 From 1996 to 1998 he was the SEGESA General  Director  . In 1999 he  was re-elected Representative of the people for the IV parliamentary term. In 2000 he was appointed ,by the PDGE , President of the District Monitoring Commission of  Nsork .

 In March 2004 , he  was chosen Pan African  Parliamentary  for a period of five years; in April 2004 was elected, for the third time , Representative of the People in the Chamber for the V parliamentary term .In  2005  he was the SEGESA  Assessor. In May 2009 he was nominated ,by the Republic  Presidency  , as General Adjunct  Director  of the Equatorial Guinea National Enterprise of  Property Management  ( EMPIGE ) . May 2013 he  was elected Senator for the Nsork circumscription in the last senatorial and  municipal elections. He has been awarded the silver medal of the Order of Independence; Medal of Commander of the Order of Independence; Grand Cross Medal by the  Independence of Equatorial Guinea.

Santiago Mba Eneme NSUGA

Appointed as Secretary of State in charge of Mines in September 2013.
Mr. Eneme Nsuga ,Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in Logistics and Production from the University of Pisa, Italy.

Mr. Eneme Nsuga joined the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Energy in February 2007. In the same year, he was appointed as Electric Services Regional Inspector of the Ministry in the mainland.
In 2009 he was elected Representative in the Chamber of Deputies in the ranks of the PDGE.
In 2010 he was appointed Regional Delegate of Mines, Industry and Energy.
